I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The lack of a proper wardrobe was inconvenient. The service, however, was top-notch with the staff, including the manager Tracey, being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Ascot and London, although it was noisy at times. The dining experience was delightful with a wide selection, but the use of bare hands for plating food was a bit off-putting. Overall, there were ups and downs during my stay.
